Drawings

I drew Mel Gibson from my head during some down time at the job. I don't know. I feel him in there a little bit. What do you think? Chis Chua, I'm looking in your direction in particular. Do you think you can Gibson criticism?

This is based on Mercedes 560 SL that was sitting on the drive for a while. I believe I made it look much more beastly than it is. It's really a very elegant little machine.

Another drawing of Aida. I'm like how the cat part came out especially.

ha ha, I like the "gibson criticism" pun!!! wait, did you really want me feedback or just wanted to use that pun, ha ha....

well, here's some regardless- yeah, maybe a little of ol Gibby in there...but not much. I've tried sketching him before and found him really hard and for you to do it off of memory, that's even more of a challenge! I think you squished his face too much, think his nose is a bit more significant and his forehead isn't as defining as his lower mass. and again, this coming from me who can't really draw him, so yeah...

oh and I really like the Aida. I like the style and lines of it a lot!

Thanks for the crit, chewers. I knew you'd be good for it. I see what you are sayin about the forehead not being as big as the bottom half, and looking at some photos now, I see that I got his nose way wrong. And thanks for the Aida drawing compliment. I am pretty happy with the style and lines as well.

Cool:) Hey, and I like the simplicity of that one of Nate. Very abstract.

Mel Gibson looks like Frankenberry, that's gonna be his next big blockbuster film of 2011. "Breakfast of Frankenberry" staring Mel Gibson as Frankenberry, Anthony Hopkins as Booberry, Steve Buscemi as Yummy Mummy, and Jason Isaacs as Count Chocula.

Frankenberry! Yeah. That's what it is. HAha. They should make a movie like that. It might be the first movie based on a cereal, as far as I know. You heard it here first, folks. It was kinda both of our ideas.
